Can I change or add field names and data types to the Access tables from a
secure page on an internet that only I have access to?

I am just starting, but have 4 locations that I have sold software and
published the websites to an internal server at the different locations. I
use front page. I am looking for an easier way to make changes to the
database at each of the locations when I add updates. Currently I have to
talk people through opening the database, adding fields to the tables, then
adding the pages to the site. As I sell to additional locations this will
be a nightmare, and I need a more effecient way to do it.
