Altering startup settings on database

Try holding down the SHIFT key while you open the
database. That by-passes the start-up options.

I have set startup options on a database to hide the

database window, deny full menu access among other things.
Is there a way to alter or break-out of these restrictions
after having committed these options? Wonder if the
special Access keys are also disabled?
