Altering the "private" field in the Calendar

S

Stig Jørgensen

Hi.

Is it possible to alter the field "Private" in the calendar to something
else? The reason for this is that we have sevaral persons in our organization
that need to keep the attendees and subject of meetings confidential, but the
only way to make this happen is to set the meeting as a private meeting. This
in return makes it impossible to know if the person is at work or not, since
the calendar tells the other employees that he/she is in a private meeting.

Any help would be useful.

Many thanks in advance

Other people can tell whether you are at work or not if you use the

appointments.
