Alternative Fills for Viso

I use Visio to make a lot of small construction drawings, details, etc.

It's very handy for this - much faster than trying to set up an AutoCad
drawing for small stuff.

What I'd like to know is if MS or any alternate provider can provide
alternative fills for shapes like the ones that are in Architectural Graphic
Standards... Things like concrete, wood grain, soil, etc. etc.

These would make Visio even better for this purpose.
