Alternative Styles for "Outlook Today"

I previously asked about alternative "views" for Outlook Today. I guess that
is not what I want.

Has anyone created or designed alternaive STYLES for Outlook Today. I know
that Outlook has several "built-in" that can be selected. However, I am
looking for something different than those styles (i.e., Winter, Summer,
etc.) that Outlook provides.

Any ideas? Is this something that a 3rd party vendor would have developed?
It seems like a good idea to me!

AFAIk no 3rd party vendor created any - while you can create your own,
unless it's compiled it's slow.
