alternative to leaving a message

Calling a friend or family member, but not wanting to leave a message is
common. I propose a device either separate or as part of your cellular phone
that allows you to choose from many songs, such as Lionel Richie's "I Just
Called to Say "I Love You", or from Police, "Every Breath You Take".
Whatever you're in the mood for. Perhaps Michael Buble's "Home". Everyone
LOVES music and would use music to express their feelings instead of hanging
up when they get someone's voicemail.

LAW,
I have to ask, what the heck does this have to do with the price of rice?
