Alternative User Input don't Expand Installing Office 2003 in Ital

When I try to install Microsoft Speech support for Office 2003 in Italian,
following the instructions found in the Microsoft Web Site, the "Alternative
User Input" box don't Expand and I can not select the "Speech" option, then
the "Speech support" is not made available.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Pro (Italian)

Can it be installed on Italian Microsoft Products?
If not, how can I have Microsoft Speech support?

The speech recognition feature only available in the Simplified Chinese,
Traditional Chinese, English (U.S.), and Japanese language versions of
Microsoft Office 2003.
