Always have menu items maximized (get rid of down arrow).

Is there a way to force all users’ menu items to stay “maximized†so they
don’t have to keep hitting the down arrow to get to all of the menu items? I
don’t know if this is a one time option that can be changed via a script or
not. I need a deployment script for this one because trying to have them
change an option via email instructions just doesn’t cut it.

A bit off-topic for this group; would have been better in the Office.Setup

ffice.setup&lang=en&cr=US

But I think this can be set in the user interface through Tools/Customize/Options.
Activate "Always show full menus".
