Hi all.
I'm a huge fan of plaintext email. In no small part due
to the fact that our institutional mail system (we're an
academic inst) often mangles rich-text or HTML mail.
I'm using Outlook2003. I'd like to set it up (and
thought I had before) to format all messages in
plaintext, whether composing *OR* replying.
I know where the COMPOSE setting is, but my replies to
other ppl's messages are still coming up in HTML. I know
you can change this in the composition window by just
selecting plain text from either the menu bar or the
format menu. The trick is that this is extra click and
often pops up a couple dialog boxes.
Is there a hack to make all mail I send go out as plain
text? Thanks!
