Always send from one account

If I have two email accounts (account r and g) set up in Outlook 2007. How do I set it so that it ALWAYS sends from account r and never g (automatically)?

In Outlook 2007 --> When I reply to an email in account g, and the reply window will come up, in the 'from' title it shows the g account so I've got to always click the drop down menu and choose r. Setting r as default doesn't fix this issue, although at least every new email i send, the from is set to r but for replies i have to change it manually..

That's about all you can do AFAIK.....change it manually.

You can't. Outlook always replies using the account that received the oriinal
message. Continue to select the account manually. (By the way, the From
field is not how you choose the sending account, the Accounts button is.)

I can't? That's really frustrating, maybe not for me but I have this person nearing 60 years of age and expecting him to manually switch every single time is asking for too much. He's already forgotten to manually switch it sometimes which is really frustrating. I thought Outlook had everything! Guess not then..

If he has to switch every time, then he may have is accounts configured
incorrectly. Since Outlook will reply using the account that received the
message, why would it not be appropriate to reply using htat same account?
Describe the configuration and we may be able to suggest something that works
more to your liking.

If he's so techno-naive, why does he have two accounts in the first place?

People of HALF his age forget to switch. If he's that forgetful why has he
got two email accounts?
