AM and PM

Hi,
I have a fomular which uses for subtract time.

Ex: D2 - C2 at E2

Ex: 7:00 Am - 8:00 Am = 1.00 hr.

The problem is that I can not subtract AM toPM hrs if i
use this format: 7:00 Pm = 19:00

Ex: 23:45 - 1:00 Am = ???.
23:45 is 11:45 PM
