am i being hacked? "the user User Name successfully established a connection"

under the event viewer, that appears every day, numerous
times:the user User Name successfully established a
connection to The Internet (1) using the device IRDA12-1
when i click on support article, i get the following
answer:

The user %1 successfully established a connection to %2
using the device %3.
like i can understand that...

i've searched deep into the users and permissions are,
find no "user name" as an account.
