Am I getting Office Updates

I am signed up for automatic updates for win XP. Does this include updates to
Office or is there a separate signup to get automatic updates for
Word/Excel/access etc.

Yes if you are using Microsoft Updates. For Windows Update you need to open Windows
Update and set it to also show Office Updates.
And as far as your question is concerned the answer is Yes if the above is done
