AM/PM versus 24hour-clock

my Entourage calendar shows the times in AM/PM format. Can I change it to a 24hour-clock?

I use both all the time. Download UTC Global Clock (Google it)

My menu bar says Wed Nov 25 9:08:05 AM and just below in
yellow is 1508 as the Universal Coordinated Time. You can
change the time below the menu to any format you want.

Thank you. This helps to the settings of Mac OS, but not to thw view in Entourage.
