Am trying to use Avery 5345 labels with MS Word

Word tools labels do not include Avery label 5345 (2x4x10).
How do I insert this label format into Word, and where do I get it ?
Avery web site does not recognize its own number.

It appears that Avery 5263 labels are the same size. Try that.
