amending the properties in the project server accounts

I can't amend the properties of the accounts - in the "when
connecting" box it's greyed out, please can you tell me why?
Is this a permission based thing? or is it something server side?

Lynne --

To change the account properties, do the following:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional
2. In the Project Server Accounts diaog, select the My Computer option
3. Click the Work Offline button
4. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Microsoft Office Project Server
Accounts

You can now edit the properties of the user account. Hope this helps.
