Hi all,
In my business we use Outlook 2003/Exchange.
Earlier we used Lotus Notes/Domino. In Notes/Domino we had three address
books, the global Notes/Domino address book (containing the users of the
system and group addresses), each user's personal address book and one
additional one with contacts outside the business. In this last one we had a
few groups which people sent email to from outside the Notes/Domino system.
These emails were then forwarded to all the members of the group, most of
them outside the business.
Is it possible to do such a thing in Outlook 2003/Exchange as well?
We don't want to have all these people into the Global Address List because
they aren't users of our system. Is it possible to have an address
list/folder with full rights for all users in the Global Address List
allowing people outside the business to send emails to a group and then have
these mails distributed to all the members of that group? All users in the
Global Address List must be allowed to edit this address list/folder.
The Outlook/Exchange experts we have engaged aren't able to find a solution
- but I'm certain there must be one. Can you help? If you can, please let me
know. On beforehand thank you very much.
