An amusing note to the Visio MVPs

You guys know that I know VERY LITTLE about Visio. I just spent about an
hour teaching one of my co-workers how to create a mechanical drawing in
Visio. To an untrained eye, it looks pretty gosh-durned good, but I sent it
to you, you'd pee yourself laughing at how we had to do some things.
Especially trying to put a unilateral toerance on a hole depth. I don't know
if there's a "correct" way to do it in Visio but I'm rather proud of the way
I faked it. ;-)

I never figured a way to specify a unilateral tolerance for a minimum hole
depth, but for a maximum hole depth I just put an angry troll in the hole at
the max allowable depth.

*grin, duck, and run*

Now THAT'S a great idea.

This from a lady who recently said "eeerk" or similar to faking a degree
sign in Word by superscript lower-case "o"??

:)

Yep. I do it right whenever I can but sometimes time just won't let you do
it right.

Besides, try writing a number with a superscipt o and then with the correct
degree symbol. There's a BIG difference. ;-)
