An end use agreement appears prior to opening document

Just downloaded Office 2003 to new Windows 7; Had previously been on
six-year-old computer. The end use agreement appears before I can open/create
a document. Very frustrating. Why is this happening? And how can I send it
far, far away.

Either Log on as Administrator, or navigate to the folder in which the
Winword.exe file is located and right click on it and select Run as
Administrator and then accept the EULA.
