An Error (607) occurred during the action print

Has anyone seen this error message before? It has to do with all visio
files. But no other program on the machine has any problems printing. Also
other people on the network can print visio files to the printer with no
problems. I've searched on newsgroups and found numerous people with the
same error but no solutions.

This is with Visio 2003

I'm not familiar with this error, but please make sure you have installed
Service Pack 1 for Visio 2003 since that addressed a number of printing
problems.

You know I thought about that but hadn't gotten around to installing it. But
now I just installed it and am getting the same error. Also this error only
shows up when printing to a certain printer. If the person prints their
visio files to another printer it works fine. But like I said before other
people can print to that printer with no problems.

This is a visio related error....

SOLUTION:

1) Search for Visio.ini and Visio.bin.

2) then delete Visio.ini and bin files.

3) Now try printing.
