I got an error access is denied. Does any one how to
solve this prablem?

You are not giving sufficient information... Where are you being denied
entry? or at what moment are you getting the error message?
Then also answer the following:
[1] have you being able to enter the database before?
[2] do you have the sufficient permissions to use it?
[3] are both, file and program the same version or is the program a version
above the file?

I think I have figured out what it is. It is prabobly a
pop-up blocker blocking pop-ups, but my camputer thinks
it's an error.
