An error log is being created when I exit Word2000

Whenever I exit Word2000 I get the same error box:

"Winword.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created."

I've unistalled, reinstalled, downloaded every patch
available up until today and still get that message.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Bobby,

I am sure this just a kind of warning. This Error won't cause any seriuos
damage to the system. BUt yet we need to take precaution,
Solution 1. Search for file name Normal. dot and delete it.

Solution 2. (If Solution 1 doesn't resolve the issue) If you have a
network Problem, that would cause the problem.Change the default printer to
a local printer.

Solution 3. (If Solution 2 doesn't resolve the issue) Disabled the
WFWORD2K.dot in the Microsoft Office Startup file by simply changing the
filename to WFWORD2K.tod. You can always change it back if this solution
does not work for you.

Solution 4. (If Solution 3 doesn't resolve the issue) Check if Outlook has
been defualted to this option (Tools | Mail Format Tab) and untick use
Microsoft Word to Edit email messages in the Mail Format Section. This
occurs when when Outlook is set to use MS-Word to edit emails.
