An Error Message about a Server

Some of my users, I have a split database with 20 or so users, are receiving
this message from time to time:

"A problem occurred whole Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE
server. Close the OLE server and restart it outside of Microsoft Access. Then
try the original operation again in Microsoft Access."

Once they click okay, Access works just fine. Many users don't get this
message. It seems to only be on three machines now.
