an error occurred during initialization

I get that message : an error occurred during initialization
when I try to open an e-mail sent by microsoft project (when project manager
publish).

My issue is not the known issue by microsoft(you get that message when you
choose not to open the message because of a security issue)

I'm having the same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but it is
still not working. I can push emails out from Project, but I cannot reply
from Outlook.
