"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL" Proj se

We are using Porject Server 2003 with Windows 2000 server and IIS 5 and
without any problem. After server been upgraded to Windows 2003 and IIS6, we
got problem with Project Server web access:
We used browser to key in URL

http://servername/projectserver/ and it went to page

http://servername/projectserver/Home/HomePage.asp
and displayed following message:


An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the
system administrator.

Any ideas about what's the problem?
