Hello all,
New OEM install of Office 2007 on a new Dell Precision WS. When attempting
to print emails (or contacts or appts, etc) to our default printer (a Canon
copier on our network), an error message returns:
"There was an error when printing started. To check the printer setup,
double-click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel."
- Ctrl Panel settings for Canon OK.
- Other Office apps print OK to the Canon.
- If I select a different printer as the default connected via LPT1, no
problems printing from Outlook. However, Canon still bombs when not the
default printer.
- I've added (from Ctrl Panel) the same Canon printer under a different
name with no change.
- I've created a new email profile with no change.
- All Add-Ins are checked.
- Outlook in safe mode produces same result.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
