An exception occured on the server, Error code: 9006?

I was trying to close the project plan after I made the time sheet updates
that were sent to me and I received this error. What is this error? What
should I do to prevent it from occuring again? Is there anything I need to
do to fix the current situation?

The error message was as follows;
Project Server encountered a problem with this error code:9006 Please
contact your server administrator.
