An exception OE has occurred

When I open powerpoint or excel sometimes I received this eeror message "An
exception OE has occurred at 0028:C0278ED6 in vxd vredir(03)+00003ED6.This
was called from 0028:0034A58 in vxd IFSMGR(01)+00001094. It maybe to continue
normally."(blue screen)Kindly advice.
