An exception of type "Runtime Error" was not handled... Error

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2000. I have developed a custom task
form for a Public folder. For more than two years, my 20+
users have been using this form without any problems.

Recently, I installed the forms on a new user's machine.
But when he tries to save the form a message popsup
saying "An exception of type "Runtime Error" was not
handled. Would you like to debug...?" I tried to bebug and
the error occurs when the form calls the Item.Close
function.

I checked and counter checked folder permissions, cleared
the forms cache a number of times but that did not help.
Can anyone help me with this?
