An import error when build team from enterprise resource pool

Hi:
Since several days ago, I, and other project managers in our company,
encounter the following error when each time I try to build the team from
enterprise resource pool.

An import error occurred.

Check row 106 column 15.

Close programs, projects, or windows you aren't using and try again.

To continue importing with additional error messages, click Yes.
To continue importing with no error messages, click No.
To stop importing, click Cancel.

I tried to search in google, but it is only explain what to do if you have
the problems in PS2003. But we are running in PS2007.

And this error is not related to specific project. It happens even when I am
working with a brand new empty project.

Can anyone tell me what to do? And how to check the row and column? In which
table?

Thanks
Rock

Rock:

When I've encountered this error in Project Server 2003 or 2007 in the past,
it usually means that there's some bad character data in the resource
records. The error is indicating that this is occurring at row 106 in the
database. Do you have SQL Server access? If so, browse the resources table
to locate the bad data.

Something to consider: Did you add some new resources just before this
started happening?
