an isolated user has issue running a rules wizard.

I get an error message stating;
"One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange server and been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficent space to store all of your rules."

Space is not the case, when trying to run any rule, I get this error, also
I get
this message for this user only no matter which PC in the Domain we log into
same message appears.

Currently Outlook shows 0 rules, when I try to add a rule the message appears.

Weird thing did happen though, when I found the rule I created sometime ago
wasn't working I went into the rules wizard and found 10 or more rules
unchecked. The user says they don't know how or why they were there.

I removed all rules and tried to create a new one the I get the error
message.

Is there something I can check or reset on the Exchange server? Seems to be
server based.

Any thoughts?

Didn't you post this same thing several days ago?

yes Brian I did, however I cannot get an answer so I re-posted.
Can you help?

Were this my problem, I'd be asking in an Exchange newsgroup like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.exchange.admin

Thanks Brian, problem resolved.

I didn't realize we could run switches while launching Outlook, what cleans
up the corupt rules is running the /cleanrules switch.
