An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctly

HI

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 as my email client, when i am replying to
a mail a error is displaying something like "An OLE registration error
occurred. The program is not correctly " how to resolve this problem ?

can any one help me to come out of it
