Ugh! No more description than that.
I have a user that pulls up data in his browser (IE6), which he then edits
in Excel. When he has the web page in question, he chooses "Edit with MS
Excel" from his browser.
If not other worksheets are opened, it works find; if one or more worksheets
are open, he gets the non-descriptive error of "An unexpected error occurred".
I can reproduce this error on my machine. His PC has IE6/Office 2007. My PC
has IE7/Office 2007.
I repeated this on a PC with IE6 and Office 2003. Things worked fine on that
machine.
Any ideas as to why this crashes, and if so, how to repair the problem.
Thanks,
