This seems to be the link on that page but it still points to Analog
Reality's site which is still down.

Thus, the Powertoy is still not available for download as far as I can see.

Darron sent me a nastygram and I had to remove the files.

I've asked for a publishable comment since I know the OneNote Community
is eager to obtain his PowerToys, but have not heard back yet.

I've also asked if there is anything I (or we) can do to help? I have
searched high and low for a reason his site is down, but have not found
anything. If anyone knows please email me (don't post it here... I
don't want to intrude on his private life, just want to assist is
possible)
