Analyse VBA-Code for Conversion ???

Hi,

for a customer of mine, I need to predict how many of
their Access databases will fail after the conversion from
Access 97 to Access 2003.

My idea:

1.) Analyse the changes in the VBA-Statements (e.g.
different return values)

2.) Identify malicious statements


What do you think about this approach or do you have any
(more detailed) suggestions how I could derive quickly at
more precise predictions ?
