When an Analysis Service Named Set is selected to populate rows or columns in
Excel 2007 the order of the set should be preserved. For example, if a cube
contains asset and liability accounts (in no particular order) I can create a
named set in Analysis Service to arrange the accounts in the desired order.
When this named set is selected to populate the rows of an Excel 2007
spreadsheet I would like to see the accounts in the named set order - not the
cubes random order. This will be especially useful in cases where a vendor
software creates a cube from which I need to create a meaningful pivot table
report.
