analysis toolpak vba add-in for excel

Does anyone know of a website/book/white-paper/whatever that provides
some half-way decent documentation on syntax/use of individual functions
(as accessed via VBA) for the analysis toolpack add-in for Excel? Have
looked all over but can't seem to find anything useful. Manually
recording a macro yields a useable snippet I can cut/paste, but would
really like to be able to formulate these commands on my own.

Also, from within Excel, from the formula bar, click the Insert
Function button (fx) and then select Engineering category for a list
of other functions.
