Sue,

I believe it is not a download, rather it comes with the XL CD, its just not
part of the standard installation.

I'm working on an NT network and it takes forever to get
our IT guys to make small updates like this, so I was
trying to short circuit the process by downloading the
toolpak. Looks like I have to be patient and wait :)

I do not believe this would be downlaodable from MS.

Did you lose yours or is it corrupt? Is it not available
in Tools>Add-ins?

Hi Sue!

Have you checked whether or not it is loaded but just not selected as
an Addin.

Try:

Tools > Addins

Check the entries against Analysis ToolPak if they are there.
Then press OK

If they are not there, then take Coke and Pizzas to your IT people!

Thanks Norman,

Yes, I did check the addins and no, it wasn't there.
Thanks for the pizza and coke tip! Don't hold out much
hope of that working though. :)
