Anchor form looks aesthetics

Hi

I have created an anchor form, and I have a couple of labels and text fields.

I want it to look like the Visio anchor formfor Size and Position (with the
blue background for the labels). Does anyone know the .NET control for this?
Is it a container of some sort? or table?
