Anchoring rows

Does anyone know if it's possible to anchor a heading row
to a row below it so that it doesn't get separated when
printed, aside from putting in a manual page break?

Hi, Ginny,

Format at least one of the cells in the header row so that the last (or
only) paragraph has "Keep with next" turned on in Format > Paragraph > Line
and Page Breaks.
