Andreas, I have completed your instructions

enter network password screen still appears and I am still unable to receive
mail into OL 2003.
I run on XP pro, have done detect and repair, uninstalled and reinstalled
from CD, created new accounts, etc.
Question, when I go into registry you say to check a box ( box #2 of 2 ) ,
which I do. When I hit apply , the check mark goes away. Also there is a
question above it that is already checked. Am I suppose to uncheck that box?
The questions asks " Inherit from parent the permission entries that apply
to child objects. Incluse these with entries explicity defined here."
