Andreas ( or any MVP ) PLEASE HELP !!!!

I have followed instructions per this link-

problem still persists. 1. I am still prompted for newtork password, 2. it
does not get retained, 3. can not RECEIVE mail into my OL 2003,

Have uninstalled offfice and Outlook 2003 separately and reinstalled from
CD, recreated new accounts, and everying eldse i could find here. I have a
personal email account using OX6 with the same ISP and that is working
perfectly. My setup should be correct in OL2003. For 2 weeks now I get the
0X800ccc92 error. I run on XP PRO.

In the registry, you say to check the box ( for me it is box 2 or 2 ) and I
do that. I hit apply and Ok and the box becomes unchecked. Also there is a
question above it that is already checked. DO I leave that alone or uncheck
box 1 ? the question box 1 asks is : " Inherit from parent the permission
entries that apply to child objects. Inclde these with entries explicity
defined here. "

Are you using Exchange?

1. Did the registry edit and no change in situation. Did you see my
question above whether I am supposed to uncheck or keep the first box checked
?

2. I do not know if my ISP has exchange server or not. Can you make sense
why I can log in perfectly to same ISP with OX6 for my personal email and
through their webmail on this problematic account but not through OL2003 ?
As posted earlier, I can SEND although network password screen will not
accept my entries. I just can't receive to my inbox.
