Animate Office Notifications icon?

Is there a way to animate the Office Notifications icon?

While I'm pretty sure the Office Notifications mini window appears at the correct time, I often miss it among all of the other applications that I'm working with. If animating the icon is not possible, are there plug-ins that might make notifications more noticeable?

You can animate the Entourage Dock icon but not the Notifications window.

You can do a few things to make notifications a little more obvious.
Within Entourage look under Entourage menu --> Preferences... -->
General Preferences --> Notifications.

Consider selecting:

Animate icon
Bring application to front

Of course, I'm biased and prefer the Talking Moose and my "Moose
