animated and hyperlinked button

Hi all,

Is there any solution for this:

An hyperlinked presentation with navigation.
Navigation is done by buttons.

For example:

Clicked on button 1, slide 10 opens
Clicked on button 2: slide 20 opens
and so on...

I need this:

When clicked on a button i want an animation (shrink effect, i know how to do that).
So that it really looks like you are pushing the button.

Here it comes:

After 1 click on that button this must happen:

1: the push the button animation (that is realized)
2: directly hyperlink to slide xx (how to do that??)

All in 1 click on that button.

Any good ideas?

Here's a thought. I don't know if it is feasible for you. What if you
insert a slide before slide 10 (and 20 and ...). This slide is identical
to the first slide with the buttons, except:

(1) It automatically runs your animation when the slide is opened (i.e.,
it is not triggered, it is set to run With Previous and 0 second delay).

(2) The slide is set to automatically advance to the next slide.

This should have the look that you want, but it might be a pain to
create if you have to create a lot of them.

I'm sure someone else will come up with some other ideas.

Only when one problem is solved the other one pops up :-(

Imagine this:

A navigationdashboard, 8 buttons, each button is hyperlinked to a specific
slidesection

When clicked on a button the button is animated with the push the button
animation, next slide starts in automaticly

only when the speaker returns to the navigationdashboard and he clicks a
button already clicked (because he wants to play that section again) then
the animation won't play again?!

how comes??

Ha ha ha. This is going to require one more slide for each section. Put
a blank slide before the animation slide we just added. Have this slide
automatically advance after 0 seconds. This will cause the animations to
reset (advancing to a slide resets animations, hyperlinking directly to
a slide doesn't).

Come on. Hit me with another one. I'll bet I can come up with another
few solutions that add even more slides to your presentation.
