Animated Clip Art on a Form

Hello -

I was wondering if it is possible to put animated clip
art on a form? I have tried to do this before, but when
I place the clip art on the form, it doesn't move
anymore.

Can anyone help? I'm not a programmer, so please be
specific in your instructions if you have any ideas that
may help.
