Animated Gifs

Hi,

This is my first time posting since I never realized this was 'here'! I
won't even embarrass myself and tell you how long I have been using OE and
Entourage!

I am wondering how to forward animated gifs from Entourage. When I was using
OE there was never a problem but now that I have switched over to Entourage,
the animation appears only when I open the email and upon forwarding, the
animation disappears.

Also...I have a second question. When opening mail in Entourage, there are
days when the rainbow colored ball spins endlessly and then Entourage
unexpectedly quits! That is making me crazy!

Just last weekend I had to clean install of all my software so I was hoping
that would have helped clear out the problems but the unexpected quits are
still happening. I have rebuilt the database several times and that helps
for a very short time and then next thing you know, I am waiting endlessly
for the ball to stop spinning.

I am using an iBook G3/256 MB/w/Panther.

Thanks for any help.

Rather than forwarding the message, attach it to a new message and address
accordingly. This will include the entire original message, with all
formatting intact.

It doesn't look like you're using the latest version of Entourage X, the
first step I'd suggest would be to update. You can download a comprehensive update
to Office 10.1.6 from
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downlo...ate_1016.xml&secid=5&ssid=16&flgnosysreq=True>.

Then try rebuilding/repairing your database.
