Hi Everyone. I apologize if this topic has already been discussed but I
haven't been able to find an answer that isn't related to Power Point,
Publisher or Outlook. I just have a general question. I have an animated GIF
file on my computer. When I open it (using Vista Home) it opens in Microsoft
Office Picture Manager as a stationary image. The ONLY way of opening it and
seeing the animation is by opening it in a web browser. In XP I used to be
able to see animated GIFs in the regular Microsoft viewer; now I can't. How
do I save or open animated GIF images and have them actually be animated when
opening them WITHOUT having to resort to opening them using a web browser?
I'm afraid I won't be able to remember that step for every animated GIF file
I have since it's such an inconvenience. Thanks for any replies and happy
holidays to all!
