Animated gift in signature line

I can put an animated gif in my signature line if I don't use Word as my
email editor, but I like Word as email editor because of the Auto Correct
feature (I use a foreign name in my emails).
How can I retain the animation of the gif in my signature line and still use
Word as my email editor?
