Animated Icon problems

Hi, I have just installed office 2004, and I have an exchange server
account at work,
every time entourage syncs witht he server my icon starts bouncing
away on the dock.
is there some way I can stop this, a small problem I know but its very
annoying.
It never used to do it, now it bounces about every couple of minutes,
when I open the entourage window it stops thena few minutes later it
bounces again. please help me!!

Try Dock Detox <http://www.versiontracker.com> or hide your Dock.

Try Dock Detox <http://www.versiontracker.com> or hide your Dock.

On my machine (OS X 10.2.8), Dock icons still bounce even if the Dock itself
is hidden. Dock Detox is probably the way to go if you're sure you don't
want to see any bouncing. But you might first want to investigate what is
causing the error.
