Animation doesnt work and Replacing

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel When I add a simple Animation to an object it works in the test but when I play the presentation it doesnt work. I want a picture to appear on click.

Second - is there a way to create a replacing effect? One pic will be replaced by another. Thanks K.

Just a guess ... go to "Slide Show | Set up show" and uncheck "show without animation"
